Returns Policy

You may return most new unworn and undamaged items within 21 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs.

All returns should be in new, unworn condition with the tags still attached. Any returns received postmarked after 21 days from the ship date are ineligible for return and will be automatically reshipped to the customer upon receipt.

Final Sale items cannot be returned. No exceptions will be made for sizing, fit, or fabric issues. Sorry, but items purchased as a gift are still applicable to our 'Final Sale' policy and cannot be returned.

We are unable to process exchanges. If you would like to exchange something for a different size or color, please return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order.

You can return your item at our Montrose store for store credit. Just make sure you return it in-store 21 days from the ship date.

What is your in store return policy? 

For in store purchases, we accept returns back for store credit or exchange within 21 days of purchase. We accept items in new condition with original tags attached. Please note that all apothecary, lingerie, hosiery, pierced jewelry, eyewear, vintage, and final sale items are final sale. Please return the stuff you buy in­-store back to the store.

When will I get my refund?

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

How do I return an order from within the U.S.? 

We provide a pre-paid return label to make it super easy for you to send it back.

 For your return, please:

  1. Put anything you don’t want in a mailer.
  2. Login to your Veruca Salt account, click on Orders and Returns, and follow the on-screen steps to create and print a prepaid return label. Make sure to note down your tracking number so you can check on the status of your return.
  3. Stick the return label on the mailer.
  4. Drop off the mailer at any USPS drop off location or schedule a pickup.

* Please only send returns using our pre-paid return labels so that we can track your stuff. We cannot refund a lost return that was sent using a method other than our return labels.


We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. 

When you place an order, we will ship within three days.

Shipping rates are flat rates according to the weight of your order and shipping preference (ie. Priority Mail).
